Ordering
Browse our products, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using the payment methods available at checkout.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or modified unless otherwise stated on the site. For urgent requests, contact us immediately at stpressbooks@sph.com.sg, but modifications are not guaranteed as we may have already processed your order.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
All local orders are processed and delivered within 7-10 working days. For urgent orders or special requests, email us at stpressbooks@sph.com.sg.
Yes, we ship internationally except for EU countries, Russia, and a small number of restricted Middle East territories (Iran, Syria, Palestinian Territories). Enter your shipping destination at the checkout page for a complete list of countries that we ship to. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. You can view the exact shipping fee during checkout before completing your order.
Orders are delivered by our courier partners. Self-collection is not encouraged.
Please ensure the recipient's name, address (e.g.: unit number, postal code) and contact number are correct at checkout. ST Press is not liable for lost parcels or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, the customer will bear any additional re-delivery costs.
Our delivery partners utilize Authority to Leave (ATL) for contactless delivery. This means the courier is authorized to leave the parcel in a safe place at your premises (such as a riser, gate, or porch) without a physical handover. A delivery is deemed successful once the carrier provides official proof of delivery, which may include a photographic record or a signed acknowledgment slip.
We strongly recommend monitoring your provided tracking link for real-time delivery alerts. For bulk orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the goods and sign the acknowledgment slip.
Returns & Exchanges
Strictly no cancellation, exchange, or re-selection is allowed once an order is submitted. We do not accept returns for minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability (such as minor corner dings or shelf wear). Items will only be replaced if they are found to be defective or have significant structural damage upon delivery.
Please check your gate, riser, or porch area first, as couriers utilize contactless delivery. If the parcel is still missing, you must contact us at stpressbooks@sph.com.sg within 3 working days of the marked delivery date. Reporting within this timeframe is essential to ensure we can initiate a formal investigation and file a dispute with our fulfillment partners before their claim window expires.
Email us at stpressbooks@sph.com.sg with a photo and order details. We will arrange a replacement according to our policy.
Product & VAT Information
If you are ordering from outside Singapore, VAT and import duties may apply depending on your country. Customers are responsible for local taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Account & Privacy
Yes, creating an account is required to place an order on our site. Your account allows you to securely manage your orders, track delivery status, save shipping addresses, and access order history.
