Dou Dou, The Little Imperial Chef

This is a beautifully illustrated children’s book about a little
girl called Dou Dou, who loves to cook. Her father sends
her to an all-girls cooking school. Instead of learning from
the finest chefs, Dou Dou ends up with loads of chores and
gets picked on by the school bullies. However, with her
keen observation, imagination, hard work and her father’s
gifts, Dou Dou turns the situation in her favour.
